About the Role

Honey Bucket, part of Northwest Cascade, is looking for a Driver for its portable sanitation business in McDonough, Georgia. The company is employee-owned and serves customers across portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. A Typical Day

This position is for someone who can work independently, keep pace in a physically active role, and maintain the service quality that differentiates the company from competitors.

• Arrive at the yard on time to collect the truck and required supplies.
• Drive routes while also servicing and cleaning portable restrooms; the work is split roughly 50% driving and 50% servicing.
• Stay in contact with dispatch and customers throughout the day.
• Be prepared for shifts that can exceed 10 hours, with overtime and weekend work during peak periods.
• Handle physically demanding tasks involving lifting, reaching, and bending.

• Starting weekly pay of $22.65 per hour, increasing to $24.55 per hour after one year based on performance.

Training

New hires receive one week of company-paid training in either Conroe, Texas or Puyallup, Washington through the company’s training program.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the McDonough, GA location.
• At least 1 year of experience in a physically demanding job.
• A clean driving record and successful DOT clearance are required.
• This is a safety-sensitive role and includes pre-employment and random drug testing, including THC.
• Ability to repeatedly lift between 50 and 150 pounds.
