Role Summary

The company is hiring an experienced Engineering Manager for its Pune location. This position is full-time and reports to senior leadership. The role combines team leadership, process enhancement, technical guidance, client coordination, and support for pre-sales and business development efforts in a hybrid work setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve internal engineering and delivery processes to make them more efficient and effective.
• Lead the growth of a capable, driven delivery team and help strengthen its technical skill set.
• Support business development by contributing to pre-sales activities and preparing functional documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating several projects at the same time.
• Spot opportunities for additional business within existing accounts and share inputs with account and business development managers.
• Help create high-value proposals and presentations.

Candidate Profile

• Should have at least 8 years of experience in an IT company, including 5 years or more in project management.
• Must have a strong background in client handling and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Needs a solid understanding of technology and how it supports business goals.
• Should be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written formats.
• Must be proactive and comfortable supporting complex proposals and stakeholder discussions.

Work Setup and Additional Conditions

This role is based in Pune, and the candidate must already be located there. The work arrangement is hybrid, but the person must be willing to work from the office five days a week. The role also requires experience in product-based organizations, hands-on engineering leadership, and direct involvement in architectural and technical decision-making. Experience in preparing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals is also expected.

Education and Eligibility

Applicants from any graduate background can apply. A BE degree is preferred, and an MBA in Systems is considered desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
