Role overview

This position is for an HR Business Partner who will work closely with the business leadership to translate strategic goals into practical people initiatives. The role involves supporting core HR processes, improving employee experience, and helping the organisation stay agile and compliant.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the business head to understand strategic priorities and provide forward-looking HR support.

  • Track and interpret HR metrics to spot patterns and suggest practical improvements.

  • Make sure HR practices follow applicable labour laws and internal company standards.
  • Partner with central HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Payroll to deliver integrated HR support.
  • Take part in HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and strengthening business outcomes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree or HR certification will be an added advantage.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an HRBP role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • An analytical approach with hands-on experience using HR data and metrics to support decisions.
