Therap Services is a leading provider of online electronic health records and documentation solutions for individuals with developmental disabilities. The company is hiring a Remote Human Services Coordinator to support customers who use its software.

What the role involves

• Teach service providers, families, and other stakeholders how to use Therap Services software effectively.
• Offer day-to-day support and practical guidance to human services professionals across the customer base.
• Assist customers through live support interactions, webinars, and workshop sessions.
• Relay customer feedback to internal teams so product and training resources can be improved.

What you need

• Prior experience in the human services sector is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Therap Services applications is required.
• Interest in developmental disabilities, teaching, public speaking, and presenting is important for success in this role.
• The ability to adapt quickly to customer needs and provide a thoughtful, consultative support experience is expected.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• You should be able to solve problems creatively and handle challenges confidently.
• Comfort and proficiency with Google Workspace are required.
