The position involves guiding projects through the full delivery cycle, including technical discovery, solution design, system configuration, user acceptance testing, training, and launch support. The role is based in Ireland and will support clients in the US, with normal working hours from Monday to Friday.

What you will be doing

You will manage implementation projects end-to-end, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and platform adoption. Your work will include collecting technical and functional requirements, mapping processes, shaping solutions, configuring the system, supporting testing, enabling users through training, and overseeing go-live readiness and execution.

Required background

The client is seeking someone with substantial experience delivering SaaS implementations and leading complex software rollouts. You should be comfortable working across configuration, workflows, integrations, data mapping, and technical issue resolution.

The role also calls for familiarity with SQL, JSON, XML, CSV, APIs, ERP environments, finance platforms, or workflow automation tools. Strong ownership, the ability to manage several stakeholders at once, and confidence in fast-moving settings are important. Experience in implementation consulting or solution delivery, especially around ERP, finance processes, or AP automation, is preferred.
