GAC Group is hiring an Invoicing Coordinator in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity focused on invoice accuracy, billing coordination, and supporting documentation control.
Key responsibilities
The role centers on validating supplier and customer billing records, keeping job files complete, and coordinating follow-up with agents to support timely invoicing and collections.
- Examine account balances, spot mismatches, and confirm that supplier invoices match agreed commercial rates.
- Arrange customer invoice dispatch and keep the related records up to date and accurate.
- Verify that each job file includes the correct service charges, selling values, and all required backup documents.
- Track up with agents on billing and collection matters so agent invoices and supporting paperwork are received without delay.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
- Working knowledge of accounting standards is expected.
- Strong listening and understanding ability is needed.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are important.
- Good reading skills in English are required.
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Office, is necessary.
- The candidate should be willing to relocate to Sila.
