Role Overview

This opportunity is for an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite service support for locations in Coldstream, Melbourne, and other sites in Victoria. The role is offered on a dispatch, on-call, ticket-based basis and may involve freelance, part-time, or casual engagement. Support may be required on a same-business-day or next-business-day basis, or whenever needed.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to provide hands-on technical assistance onsite and help maintain a strong customer experience.

• Handle desktop support tasks and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms.
• Carry out operating system installations and system re-imaging.
• Assist with troubleshooting in LAN and WAN environments.
• Configure and support routers, switches, and related network equipment.
• Respond quickly to technical incidents and service requests.
• Record support work and final resolutions following company processes.
• Work closely with internal teams and client representatives to keep operations running smoothly.
• Use business English and communicate in the local language as needed.
