- Keep an eye on dashboards and communication tools to spot, rank, and address operational problems quickly.
- Help ensure riders, vendors, and agents are operationally ready and performing well through onboarding, training, scheduling, and regular checks.
- Oversee order-related exceptions and escalations, making sure they are resolved promptly and that updates are communicated clearly.
- Manage everyday operational questions and issues, escalating sensitive or high-priority matters to the Assistant Zonal Manager.
- Coordinate operational tools, resources, and assets alongside zonal leadership.
- Partner with the Assistant Zonal Manager to identify process improvements and support their rollout.
Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate should have graduated with either a first-class degree or a 2:1 from a recognized university.
- The person should be highly driven, competitive, and ready to commit the long hours that a fast-growing startup environment may demand.
- Strong analytical thinking and quick problem-solving ability are important for success in this role.
- Applicants should be organized, meticulous, and able to manage several priorities at the same time.
- Clear and confident communication skills are needed for interacting with teammates, agents, riders, and vendors.
- A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to stay resilient under pressure are also essential.

- Experience demonstrating excellence beyond academic performance will be viewed favorably.
- Any prior exposure to startup settings will be an added advantage.
