Role overview
The role is for a Relationship Manager in the Medium Enterprises team at YES BANK, based in Jaipur. The position calls for a proactive professional who can build a healthy client portfolio, nurture long-term relationships, and drive business growth through acquisition and cross-selling.
The assigned portfolio will primarily include medium enterprise customers with annual turnover in the range of ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr. The role involves both new client sourcing and management of existing relationships while ensuring strong credit quality and portfolio discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Bring in new-to-bank medium enterprise customers with turnover between ₹100 Cr and ₹500 Cr by using market research, referrals, and professional networking.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with current clients through regular interaction and service-led engagement.
- Review financials and draft credit notes for both fresh and existing accounts, while assessing risk and building proposals that comply with the bank’s credit framework.
- Coordinate with internal credit stakeholders for proposal evaluation, discussion, and approval, and align client needs with suitable banking products.
- Maintain portfolio health by tracking renewals, adhering to sanctioned limits, keeping documentation current, and monitoring early warning indicators to reduce delinquency and protect asset quality.
- Drive cross-sell efforts across relevant solutions such as trade finance, treasury, cash management, insurance, and working capital products.
