Role Overview
This position is for a Sales Manager focused on handling inbound enquiries from digital marketing channels, guiding prospects through the buying process, and converting qualified leads into property sales. The role requires working closely with developers, investors, internal teams, and high-net-worth customers.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to respond to leads received through online marketing sources, understand customer needs, and provide suitable property recommendations. The role also involves managing negotiations, advising clients on market trends and pricing, and helping buyers secure the most appropriate deal and terms.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with developers, investors, and end customers, arranging engagement meetings with qualified leads, showcasing relevant primary residential projects, and supporting the conversion of prospects into buyers. You will also conduct comparative market analysis to assess property value and coordinate with the internal CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales service.
