Role Overview
Lendbuzz is hiring an instructional designer to support its Loan Servicing function. This person will help create and deliver learning programs that strengthen the knowledge and performance of both new hires and experienced team members.
What You Will Do
- Build and update learning assets such as presentations, reference guides, and standard operating procedures for auto finance operations.
- Serve as a go-to expert on the material delivered to the team.
- Assess training needs to uncover skill gaps and identify development opportunities.
- Measure training impact using participant feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Make sure training content and programs align with company policy and industry regulations.
- Support onboarding and ongoing education as a co-facilitator or backup trainer.
- Create well-structured technical training content and also deliver engaging live presentations.
- Handle several small to medium design projects at the same time.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or instructional design, ideally in auto finance or financial services.
- Preference for candidates familiar with consumer debt collection compliance requirements.
- Strong presentation, communication, and people skills.
- Solid organization and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creative approach to producing engaging visual learning content.
- High personal integrity and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
- Adaptability and openness to frequent change.
