Role Overview

The company is looking for a careful and dependable Storekeeper to oversee stock handling and inventory control. This role involves receiving materials, organizing them properly, maintaining up-to-date records, and keeping the store area safe and orderly so operations run without disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept incoming deliveries, check them for accuracy and condition, and log them into the system.
• Arrange materials and goods in a structured, easy-to-access way within the store.
• Distribute items to staff or customers whenever required.
• Keep inventory data current through regular entries and updates.
• Perform stock checks, compare physical and recorded quantities, and fix any mismatches.
• Maintain a neat, hazard-free, and well-organized store environment.
• Track stock movement and alert the purchasing team when items are running low.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure replenishment happens on time.
• Prepare requisitions and purchase orders for needed supplies.
• Follow safety and security procedures to safeguard inventory.
• Support the preparation of reports related to inventory, sales, and expenses.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; further study or certification in inventory-related subjects will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory handling, or a similar position is needed.
• Good understanding of inventory control methods and standard store procedures.
• Comfort using inventory management systems along with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Careful, precise, and dependable when maintaining records and stock details.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items when the job demands it.
• Awareness of inventory safety and security practices.

Working Schedule

The role follows a Monday to Saturday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
