Role overview
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations and assist with routine finance administration in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Check, record, and post accounts payable and receivable entries into the accounting system.
- Handle payment processing accurately and on time.
- Review and validate petty cash claims.
- Support monthly and annual closing activities.
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed.
- Take on additional tasks and duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- ITE, diploma, or LCCI qualification in Accounting, with or without prior work experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, self-driven, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Works well in a team, communicates clearly, and shows initiative.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
Working arrangement
The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30am to 6:00pm under a hybrid work arrangement.
You should also be prepared to work on one weekend each month.
