Role Summary And Impact
BlueCloud is seeking a dynamic Alliances Manager to enhance and expand our strategic partner ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Snowflake. This role is crucial for accelerating revenue growth by cultivating robust relationships within partner organizations, identifying and advancing co-sell opportunities, and aligning BlueCloud's industry and solution offerings with partner objectives.
As a vital member of our go-to-market team, the Alliances Manager will act as the primary liaison between BlueCloud, Snowflake, and other key technology partners. You will collaborate closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and executive leadership to devise joint go-to-market strategies, activate partner programs, generate sales pipeline, and establish BlueCloud as a preferred services partner within the Snowflake ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth by expanding BlueCloud's strategic partner relationships and accelerating co-sell opportunities within current and prospective accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong connections with Snowflake sales teams, partner account managers, solution specialists, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and align target account strategies with BlueCloud sales leadership to foster growth in key markets and with priority customers.
- Create and implement joint go-to-market plans in collaboration with Snowflake and other strategic technology partners.
- Identify, qualify, and influence partner-sourced and partner-supported opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Serve as the main point of contact between BlueCloud and partner organizations, facilitating connections between internal teams and necessary resources to expedite customer success.
- Educate BlueCloud's sales force on partner programs, incentives, funding opportunities, and available resources.
- Develop standardized solution plays, workshops, accelerators, and industry-specific offerings to enhance BlueCloud's market standing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute partner- and customer-facing events, campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Monitor partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and key alliance metrics to assess impact and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Promote internal alignment through regular communications, enablement sessions, newsletters, and community-building activities across sales and delivery teams.
- Act as a market ambassador for BlueCloud, representing the company at partner events, conferences, client meetings, and industry gatherings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 4 years in alliances, partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic sales within cloud, data, analytics, or technology services.
- Prior experience within the partner ecosystem, ideally with Snowflake, cloud platforms, or enterprise data and AI technology providers.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and establish credibility with partner sales teams, technical stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a proven capacity to generate opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, co-sell motions, partner programs, and joint marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and executive engagement capabilities.
- Proficient analytical skills to measure partnership effectiveness and translate data into actionable insights.
- High level of accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through in managing both internal and external relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant partner or cloud certifications are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, customer engagements, conferences, and industry events.
