About the Role

Nimble Talent is looking for an Assistant, Digital Ad Ops to help execute day-to-day advertising operations across several client accounts. The role is fully remote and supports campaign delivery, data accuracy, and internal coordination for digital media work.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with execution tasks across multiple accounts, including campaign setup, ad trafficking, pacing checks, optimization support, tagging, reporting, screenshot capture, content creation, and troubleshooting.
  • Work across ad platforms such as Google DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and similar tools.
  • Review data for quality issues and apply corrections or updates when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teammates to make sure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Connect with project leads to gather the information needed to complete tasks without mistakes.
  • Use feedback to improve speed, quality, and overall task execution.
  • Help the team improve workflows, processes, and practical solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including tools such as pivot tables, pivot charts, and VLOOKUP.
  • Comfort with digital marketing terminology or hands-on experience in areas like programmatic media, paid social, or paid search.
  • Working familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a habit of checking work carefully before submission.
