  • Review and provide feedback on architectural drawings to ensure alignment with design intent packages.
  • Contribute to the development and management of early-stage project timelines.
  • Participate in project transition meetings to ensure a seamless handover from pre-construction to the construction phase.
Requirements
  • Academic background in Interior Design and/or Architecture.
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, or a closely related field.
  • Solid understanding of design documentation processes, procurement procedures, and the workflows involved in retail or store development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (or similar 3D modeling software); experience with Google Suite is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with budget estimation, procurement coordination, and fundamental financial analysis.
  • A collaborative approach, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of follow-through.
  • A genuine passion for sustainability and well-considered design principles.
