Role Overview

Fanatics Collectibles is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support its project management function. The role is central to making sure a large annual portfolio of new products reaches the market on schedule and meets the company’s quality expectations. The position reports to the Project Manager for the relevant sports vertical.

The ideal candidate is a strong executor who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across many stakeholders, and keeping complex projects moving forward. A genuine interest in sports and the collectibles/merchandise space would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development process for a portfolio of roughly 50 products each year.
• Help build, align, and circulate a detailed schedule of prepress milestones for every product.
• Monitor the progress of all products and keep stakeholders informed with clear status visibility.
• Spot potential bottlenecks early and bring the right people together to work through issues.
• As needed, prepare briefing materials for escalation to senior leadership.

Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience working in, or coordinating, a cross-functional team within a fast-moving environment is required.

The base salary range listed below applies to New York City only and may differ in other locations. Final pay is influenced by factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training. The base salary does not include short-term or long-term incentives.

Compensation and Benefits

New York City base salary range: USD 75,000 to USD 95,000.
