Role overview
A late-stage Series D startup operating in the agentic marketing platform space is looking for an experienced Brand / Visual Designer to raise the level of craft across its brand touchpoints. In this position, you will partner with marketing, product design, and engineering teams to shape a brand that is distinctive, memorable, and commercially effective.
Your work will extend the brand system across social media, out-of-home placements, campaigns, presentations, and event materials. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute directly to a fast-growing company’s marketing outcomes and influence its creative culture.
Key responsibilities
- Steward the brand over time and help improve it so it stays relevant and impactful.
- Turn complex technical ideas into strong visual stories and assets for different channels and formats.
- Work with teams across functions to keep the brand message unified and consistent everywhere it appears.
- Take end-to-end ownership of varied work spanning web, video, and brand-led campaigns.
- Contribute to a stronger design culture by consistently bringing thoughtful concepts and high-quality execution.
- Keep up with current design trends and apply fresh ideas that strengthen the brand.
Experience and fit
- 2 to 4 years of experience working as a brand designer or visual designer, either in a studio environment or in-house.
- Strong understanding of layout, color, and typography, with the ability to apply these principles across multiple asset types.
- Comfortable communicating creative rationale clearly in both speaking and writing.
- Genuinely curious about technical subjects and motivated to understand them so design choices are well grounded.
- Growth-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
