Experience in a client-facing setting is important, along with the ability to gather requirements, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and turn data into practical insights.
You should be comfortable working with data structures, reporting logic, and data quality management, and have hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools. Exposure to Python, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, or LMS platforms would be an advantage.
Strong process-improvement habits, clear documentation skills, and the ability to spot risks, gaps, and execution issues are also important. You should be highly organized, able to manage deadlines, and confident facilitating meetings, following up on action items, and keeping work moving across teams.
Preferred background
Background in accounting, audit, compliance, or professional services is a plus. Experience supporting reporting or control-oriented environments, as well as exposure to Learning & Development organizations, would also be beneficial.
Education
