Role overview
Echofloat Technologies is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to support the growth of its software services business and build connections with clients across India.
What you will do
- Identify new prospects and assess which leads are worth pursuing.
- Contact potential clients through phone calls, email, networking, and professional outreach platforms.
- Arrange client meetings and gather a clear understanding of their business needs.
- Help draft proposals and support the conversion of opportunities into closed business.
- Develop long-term client relationships and maintain regular communication.
Ideal profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills.
- A self-motivated, target-driven approach to work.
- Some familiarity with software services, websites, mobile apps, or related technology solutions is an advantage.
- Open to freshers and professionals at the early stage of their careers.
Compensation
The position offers a fixed pay of INR 15,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives and a commission share on every successful project sourced by the candidate.
Work location
Visakhapatnam is preferred, with remote or hybrid arrangements possible for the right candidate.
