Role Overview
This full-time, on-site role in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh is centered on managing search-led campaign execution across assigned portfolios. The position requires deep expertise in SEM and SEO, along with the ability to contribute to campaign strategy, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Portfolio Ownership and Channel Execution
- Serve as the main subject matter expert for SEM and SEO across the portfolios assigned to you.
- Run campaigns in line with wider marketing plans and campaign goals, while also contributing recommendations on channel strategy and optimization.
- Plan, launch, manage, and refine paid search activity across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Look for opportunities to increase visibility in AI-driven search results, including featured snippets, rich results, and conversational search responses.
- Improve website pages and landing pages so they perform better for discovery, engagement, and conversions.
- Assist with Marketo email campaigns used for lead nurturing.
- Work with stakeholders to understand value propositions, audience segments, and campaign objectives, and advise on channel-level opportunities and performance improvements.
- Make sure messaging, audience targeting, brand standards, and compliance requirements stay aligned.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to strengthen traffic, rankings, conversions, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with analytics, sales, and marketing partners to improve funnel performance and lead quality.
Analytics, Optimization, and Reporting
- Continuously monitor SEM and SEO outcomes and apply optimization changes based on data.
- Measure key paid metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
- Track organic metrics including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and engagement measures.
- Create performance reports that include insights and actionable recommendations for future improvements.
- Use data to keep improving performance and identify opportunities to scale efficiently across paid and organic channels.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with portfolio marketing, campaign management, analytics, and sales teams.
- Work with Campaign Managers to support effective execution while also contributing to channel strategy and optimization.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required.
- Help improve processes, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing within the digital marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- You should have at least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong specialization in SEM and SEO.
- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SEM and paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads is essential.
- You need a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword planning, on-page optimization, and content alignment.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools is expected.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics is required.
- Ability to manage and optimize multiple portfolios at the same time is important.
- You should be comfortable turning data into practical recommendations and next steps.
- High attention to detail and strong execution discipline are necessary.
- Strong communication skills are needed to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
