Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CDP Pastry position located at ITC MUGHAL Agra. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, baking, and presentation of a wide array of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods, ensuring adherence to brand standards. Key daily duties include planning and organizing mise en place, meticulously following standardized recipes, maintaining consistent portion control and presentation, and actively contributing to menu development and specials in collaboration with the culinary team. The role also necessitates upholding stringent hygiene and safety standards, managing inventory and ordering, minimizing food waste, and providing guidance and training to junior staff. The CDP Pastry will work in close coordination with the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef to produce high-quality culinary items that elevate the guest experience.
