Role Overview
This full-time remote position is for an Enterprise Client Partner focused on AI solutions. The role is centered on building and growing relationships with enterprise customers while helping them adopt artificial intelligence products and services. A strong technical grasp of AI platforms is important so client needs can be matched effectively with the right solution.
Responsibilities
- Find and evaluate enterprise accounts with AI-related requirements and connect them with suitable offerings.
- Create and carry out account plans that encourage adoption of enterprise AI platforms.
- Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to support client outcomes.
- Advise enterprise customers on AI deployment, adoption, and performance improvements.
- Monitor client engagement and revenue-related metrics, then share progress updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience selling or advising on enterprise AI solutions, platforms, or services is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of AI concepts and technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- A demonstrated background in enterprise sales, account management, or client partnership work.
- Ability to explain technical AI topics in clear business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and common sales approaches.
