Stellenbeschreibung
Role overview
This two-year Operations Excellence Program places you in a consulting role where you contribute to client work just like any other consultant. The position is based in one of the company’s European offices within the Operations Practice, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help clients improve operational performance.
What you will do
You will take part in client problem-solving from start to finish: defining the issue, developing hypotheses, carrying out analyses, and turning findings into clear recommendations. Over the first few years, you will work across multiple client engagements, collaborating with different teams, industries, and operations service lines while building deep expertise in operational excellence.
As part of the program, you will also spend many days in functional training and knowledge-building sessions led by operations specialists. The curriculum focuses on operational excellence themes and includes advanced training in one of six areas: manufacturing, product development, purchasing, service operations, supply chain management, or capital excellence.
Growth and development
The program is designed as the beginning of a challenging, rewarding, and flexible career path in the Operations Practice. You will receive coaching on the job, structured capability-building support, apprenticeship-style learning, and exposure that helps you grow quickly as a consultant and future leader.
Team environment and culture
You will work in a high-performance environment that expects resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to try again after setbacks. The culture encourages continuous learning, open feedback, and the use of diverse perspectives to arrive at stronger solutions. Your ideas are expected to matter from the start, and you will collaborate with colleagues across more than 65 countries and over 100 nationalities.
Application notes
Applications must be submitted in English and should include a CV plus transcripts from all relevant education stages, including high school and university, with grades shown.
Additional details
Reference tags associated with this opportunity include Operations2026 and EuropeEP.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers a competitive salary, with pay determined by location, experience, and skills. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided to support the well-being of you and your family.
Work approach
The role involves mobility and willingness to take on European assignments during the work week. You should be prepared to operate in both English and the local office language, depending on the location.
