Role overview
SecureNet Pte Ltd is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join its Singapore office. This is an on-site position for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations and incident handling.
What you'll do
- Keep an eye on security logs and alerts across networks and systems, then prioritize and classify events that need attention.
- Carry out vulnerability reviews and support penetration testing when needed.
- Look into security incidents, coordinate response actions, and record the issue, findings, and fixes clearly.
- Strengthen monitoring, detection, and response by improving existing security controls, procedures, and policies.
What we're looking for
- Practical experience using SIEM tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint detection and response solutions.
- Good understanding of incident response workflows and threat-hunting techniques.
- Professional certifications like CEH or CompTIA Security+ are an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
