Role overview
Brookhouse Aerospace is looking for a detail-focused Data Analyst with strong coding ability to help improve business intelligence, reporting, and data-led decision-making. This is initially a fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent depending on business requirements.
The role is centered on turning raw information into practical insights, creating dashboards, and streamlining data workflows across the business.

Brookhouse Aerospace works across a wide range of manufacturing capabilities, including composite structures made from materials such as carbon fibre composite, glass, and Aramid cured by autoclave. The company also produces sheet metal fabrications, machined metal components, fully supplied kits, and integrated assemblies. Its specialist services include surface treatments and a dedicated spares and repairs function.
Key responsibilities
- Build, improve, and support interactive dashboards and reporting tools.
- Gather, prepare, and analyze information from different business systems, including HR, finance, operations, and Epicor MRP.
- Create and maintain scripts or code used for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
- Spot trends, patterns, and meaningful insights that help guide business decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and key performance indicators.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Reduce manual reporting effort by automating repetitive processes.
- Assist with the rollout of new data platforms or tools.
- Train users and provide support on dashboards and reporting solutions.
Candidate profile
- Hands-on coding experience is essential.
- Practical experience with data visualization tools is required.
- Strong ability to manipulate and analyze data.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Capable of explaining findings clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Experience creating data pipelines or ETL workflows.
- Working knowledge of databases and data warehousing principles.
- Understanding of data governance and GDPR requirements.
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Strong at engaging with stakeholders.
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for working with data.
