Role Summary

Work Environment and Physical Expectations

This is mainly an office-based, sedentary role that involves regular computer use. The position may require speaking, hearing, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving, and carrying items up to 25 lbs, along with finger dexterity.

There is also an expectation of frequent walking, standing, and stair climbing in and around homes, models, and properties, in addition to the physical capabilities noted above.

Compensation and Benefits
