Role Summary

The Data Analyst II role is a mid-level position for someone who already has a solid grounding in analytics and is ready to take on more independent work. The person in this role will carry out data analysis, develop and support dashboards and reports, and work with internal partners to turn business questions into useful insights.

The position is suited to someone who is curious, detail-focused, and motivated to continue strengthening their technical and analytical capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Investigate business challenges and opportunities and turn them into data-backed insights and recommendations.
• Work with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document analytics and reporting needs.
• Help build, maintain, improve, and launch dashboards, reports, and related data tools.
• Partner with teams across the business to understand information needs and explain findings in a clear way.
• Carry out ad hoc analysis to answer questions about business performance.
• Summarize analysis results and present them to teams and stakeholders in a concise, understandable format.

What the Role Requires

• Advanced SQL ability, including the capability to independently build complex queries.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a similar discipline; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable field.
• Comfort with learning new systems, methods, and technologies as needed.
• Exposure to data transformation tools such as dbt is helpful, though not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards in Tableau or a similar visualization platform.
• Background in marketing and sales analytics; experience with media and attribution analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset and interest in continuing to grow analytically and technically over time.

Work Environment and Physical Expectations

This is mainly an office-based, sedentary role that involves regular computer use. The position may require speaking, hearing, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving, and carrying items up to 25 lbs, along with finger dexterity.

There is also an expectation of frequent walking, standing, and stair climbing in and around homes, models, and properties, in addition to the physical capabilities noted above.

These requirements are general in nature and may be adjusted by the company depending on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary for this role is between $95,400 and $119,200 per year, with possible adjustments based on qualifications, location-based pay differences, and operational considerations.

This position may also qualify for bonuses and commissions. Eligibility for the stated benefits is provided in line with company policy.
