  • Develop and update process guides, standard operating procedures, and quality-control documentation.
  • Help with audits, compliance checks, and governance reviews by collecting and organizing supporting materials.
  • Suggest process enhancements that strengthen data quality, governance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Carry out data profiling and quality monitoring with data stewards and quality leads to aid remediation work.
  • Partner with product owners and agile teams to support timely, high-quality delivery of data initiatives.
  • Review data models and turn business requirements into technical specifications and design documentation.
  • Handle other related duties or projects as assigned by management.

Experience and qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Experience with data governance concepts or data management best practices is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate brings 2 to 4 years of experience in identifying, querying, cleaning, wrangling, and validating data, including work with relational and non-relational databases in big-data environments across on-premise and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Also preferred are 2 to 4 years of experience translating business questions into analytical answers using statistical methods, presenting technical concepts clearly to different audiences, working with SQL, and using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with big-data architecture and pipelines such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Kafka is a plus. Telecommunications experience is also preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and rewards
