The position involves building reports, monitoring performance, surfacing trends, and helping teams make informed decisions that support growth.

What you'll do

• Gather information from different data sources, study it closely, and identify trends, patterns, and possible business opportunities.
• Create, update, and manage dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI tracking tools.
• Convert technical or complex findings into clear insights that non-technical stakeholders can act on.
• Contribute to planning and decision-making by providing evidence-based recommendations.
• Run on-demand analyses to answer operational, financial, and strategic questions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and business goals.
• Track key performance measures and highlight areas that need improvement.
• Maintain strong data quality by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
• Share findings and recommendations with managers and other stakeholders.
• Assist with data governance efforts and ongoing process improvements.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is required.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or another related analytical function.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL for extracting and analyzing data.
• Strong Excel capability, including formulas, PivotTables, and analysis features.
• Hands-on exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable visualization and reporting platforms.
• Well-developed analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to present insights confidently.
• Ability to juggle several tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using Python or R to analyze data and automate repetitive tasks.
• Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL workflows, and cloud-based environments.
• Background supporting strategy, operations, marketing, or finance teams is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in analytics, business intelligence, or data management are considered a plus.
