Role Overview
The Digital Learning Implementation Specialist will work with assigned schools to ensure effective adoption and implementation of Alef products and services. The role is focused on helping students, teachers, and school leaders get the most value from the platform and supporting school success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with school stakeholders, especially leadership teams and teachers, to support effective use of the Alef platform.
- Guide school leaders on how to use the platform, understand platform data, and make use of features such as the Academy.
- Support the collection and review of student and teacher data through different tools, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvement actions.
- Lead training and support activities that help teachers use the product effectively and adopt it over the long term.
- Ensure that education product and service objectives are aligned with the needs and expectations of teachers and school leaders for sustained success.
- Provide coaching and support approaches that improve how school leaders, teachers, and students use Alef solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build efficient processes, tools, and standards documentation that strengthen customer success.
- Continuously build your own expertise to improve personal effectiveness and contribute to team performance.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in education or a related core subject area, with preference for candidates from Math or Science backgrounds.
- Solid experience using educational technology tools in classroom settings.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a K-12 environment, specifically cycle 2-3.
- Strong knowledge of instructional methods, curriculum standards, and assessment practices.
- Prior experience implementing, using, and training others on ed-tech tools.
- Good understanding of current and emerging practices in Arabic, Math, or Science.
- Ability to act as a change agent and communicate clear goals and success measures to teachers and school leaders.
- Professional fluency in both English and Arabic.
