About the Role
Join L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division as an Educator in Jeddah, where you will help salon professionals strengthen their technical skills, product knowledge, and business results. You will partner with the Commercial and Education teams to support salon partners and contribute to their growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for salon professionals in salons, at the academy, or through online formats.
- Help salon partners improve revenue by sharpening technical expertise and strengthening retail sell-out approaches.
- Represent the L’Oréal Professionnel brand consistently and ensure a strong experience for stylists and their clients.
- Work with Business Partners to build customized education plans and support the onboarding of new partner salons.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an accomplished hairdressing professional who enjoys teaching and motivating others. This role calls for a mix of strong technical capability, especially in hair color, and the ability to communicate clearly with different audiences.
- Extensive experience as a hairdresser with solid knowledge of salon services, particularly hair color.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
- This position is for a female candidate, as the work will be carried out in female-only institutions.
- A cooperative mindset and the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
