Role Overview

The Electrical Engineer will support day-to-day MEP operations, coordinate inspection and maintenance activities, maintain records, and help ensure reliable system performance. The position also involves working with subcontractors, producing regular reports, and assisting the BMMS team during inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and PPM services carried out by subcontractors.
• Monitor MEP operations on a daily basis to support uninterrupted functioning.
• Prepare MEP reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedule.
• Develop daily work schedules for MEP activities.
• Maintain organized records of PPM reports, work schedules, and third-party inspection certificates.
• Work to reduce operational observations and comments raised by third-party inspectors.
• Provide support to the BMMS team during inspection activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant, similar work experience is necessary.

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a full-time, on-site position.
