- Develop accurate cost estimates for all mechanical MEP works and submit them for management review.
- Partner with the ESCO team to include energy-efficiency measures in material and resource calculations.
- Continue building technical expertise in MEP estimating while working with the estimation manager, other engineers, and the ESCO team.
- Study tender documents, drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements thoroughly, and identify any unclear items or gaps for risk logging.
- Visit project sites when needed to evaluate existing mechanical systems.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience estimating HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting MEP projects for residential and commercial towers, as well as industrial buildings, in the UAE or other GCC countries.

- Hands-on experience using PlanSwift and estimating fit-out, new residential, commercial, and industrial projects is expected.
