Core skills and tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, and INDEX-MATCH.
- Strong command of Pivot Tables and Macros/VBA.
- Ability to build and maintain complex school timetables using ASC Timetable software.
- Good understanding of scheduling constraints and timetable optimization.
- Working knowledge of MCB ERP software.
- Exposure to school data management and ERP-related tasks is preferred.
