Its client base includes retail investors, professional traders, and corporate customers, who use a range of electronic trading platforms suited to different investment profiles.
Role summary
This position is focused on growing Phillip Nova’s presence and business volume across high net worth individuals, active and semi-professional retail traders, and corporate accounts. It is a hands-on, client-facing role that covers the complete acquisition process, from following up on promising leads and building networks at industry events to supporting market expansion efforts. In addition, the role acts as a relationship point for existing individual and institutional clients by offering tailored guidance and helping them use the platform effectively to achieve their trading goals.
What you will do
- Plan and carry out focused outreach to drive acquisition and trading-volume targets across equities, futures, and forex.
- Develop strong relationships with high net worth clients and active traders to improve retention and strengthen loyalty to the platform.
- Manage leads from marketing campaigns and event prospects, helping convert them into active, funded accounts.
- Support outreach to corporate and institutional prospects for hedging and treasury-related needs.
- Contribute to brainstorming and planning sessions to shape new outreach and marketing initiatives that can expand market share.
- Take part in efforts to improve the trading experience, refine platform features, and make client journeys smoother.
- Handle onboarding and client enquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and timely follow-through.
Requirements
- A diploma or higher qualification in any field is required.
- You should be self-motivated, proactive, and focused on delivering measurable results.
- Strong people skills are needed to engage confidently with high net worth and corporate clients.
- You must be organized and careful, with the ability to track and manage multiple leads effectively.
- Interest in global financial markets and a willingness to learn them deeply is important.
- Good spoken and written communication skills are necessary for both client interaction and internal updates.
- Exposure to basic coding, AI tools, or RPA would be an advantage.
- Experience in financial services or business development is preferred.
- Additional strengths that would be valuable include confident public speaking, professional presentation of market views, CMFAS modules 1A, 2A, 5, and 6A, and solid understanding of fundamental and technical analysis in equities, futures, and forex.
