Internship Overview
This internship focuses on assisting with intraday and swing trading opportunities within the forex market. Interns will engage in technical analyses using price action, chart patterns, and relevant indicators. Monitoring macro-economic events such as FOMC meetings, NFP releases, and inflation data, essential for understanding currency fluctuations, will be a key responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze intraday and swing trading opportunities in forex markets.
- Conduct technical analysis employing price action, chart patterns, and various indicators.
- Track and interpret major macro-economic events impacting currency prices.
- Execute trades on both demo and live trading platforms under supervision.
- Maintain detailed trade journals and document outcomes of trading strategies.
- Assist in developing and backtesting multi-timeframe trading strategies.
- Participate actively in weekly review meetings and strategy refinement sessions with senior traders.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a two-month duration internship, working remotely from home.
- Must be able to start between July 16, 2026, and August 20, 2026.
- Open to students or recent graduates with backgrounds in finance, economics, quantitative disciplines, or business.
- Strong enthusiasm for currency markets, macro trading, and technical analysis is necessary.
- Basic familiarity with forex pairs, trading platforms such as MetaTrader or TradingView, and risk management techniques is expected.
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and eagerness to learn are fundamental qualities.
- Experience with paper trading or simulated accounts is advantageous but not mandatory.
