About PREDICT
PREDICT is a B2B go-to-market partner with its own technology platform. The company helps businesses across the DACH region acquire new customers in a predictable and scalable way through signal-based outbound, AI-supported workflows, and strategic growth consulting.
Current snapshot: €2.5M ARR, 8 team members, 60+ B2B clients, bootstrapped and profitable, with a goal to grow 5x in 2026.
Role overview
As Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founders across a wide range of topics. Your first and central mandate is to build the recruiting engine that supports PREDICT’s growth toward 1M per month. The company plans to expand from 8 to 20+ people this year, and the immediate bottleneck is talent acquisition rather than demand. The goal is to create an end-to-end hiring system so the founders can stay focused on building the business.
Recruiting responsibilities
This role is heavily focused on hiring, including the full recruiting journey from sourcing through offer stage across all open positions. You will also set up and run social recruiting efforts across channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, and community platforms, screen and qualify applicants, coordinate interview processes with the founders using an A-player interview framework, monitor recruiting KPIs, improve conversion at every funnel stage, and proactively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and network activation.
Content operations
About a quarter of the role covers content operations. You will manage the content pipeline across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, coordinate production with external partners and freelancers, and support founder-led content through scripting, scheduling, and distribution.
Strategic projects
The remaining part of the role involves strategic initiatives. You will drive internal projects from idea generation to completion, support and document founder strategy sessions, and help build project documentation and tracking systems.
What the company is looking for
PREDICT is seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset or someone actively building toward it. The ideal candidate has shown an outstanding track record in areas such as studies, sports, startups, consulting, or a side project that has genuinely worked. You should care deeply about physical fitness and health, think in systems and outcomes rather than tasks and hours, naturally apply an 80/20 mindset, and exercise strong practical judgment. A strong focus on personal growth and the ability to perform well under pressure are important. You must be fluent in both English and German. Prior experience in tech startups, top-tier consulting, or fast-moving operational roles is preferred, or you should be able to demonstrate similar intensity from another environment.
Compensation and benefits
The offer includes a competitive base salary plus an ambitious performance bonus tied to recruiting outcomes and project milestones. Benefits also include direct access to the founders, daily exposure to leaders who have built more than 30M in B2B revenue, real ownership over a function that shapes the company, access to a strong DACH B2B network and C-level contacts, a steep learning curve, and a high-performance team culture focused on winning across career, skills, sport, finance, and wellbeing.
After onboarding, you will also receive monthly sessions with the company’s executive coach, formerly a Nike VP, with a stated value of more than €6,000 per year. Strong performers may grow into Chief of Staff or leadership roles; one example given is Tim, a former Founders Associate who is now Head of Consulting. The role is remote-first after onboarding in Berlin, meaning you can work from anywhere once the initial onboarding phase is complete.
Hiring process
Applicants are asked to complete the application form carefully and answer all questions thoughtfully. The company says applicants should receive feedback within 48 hours. If there is mutual interest, the process typically includes a 30-minute introductory conversation to check fit, a 1.5-hour skills challenge interview with case preparation, and then a final decision with next steps. The entire process is expected to take 1 to 2 weeks at most.
