  • Work closely with sales, leasing, marketing, and leadership teams to improve customer experience and business workflows.
  • Make sure all customer interactions and records are properly logged in the CRM.
  • Train staff on CRM usage, best practices, and internal procedures.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and recommend enhancements to CRM functionality and customer service operations.

Practical, hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Property Finder CRM, Bitrix24, or an equivalent platform is mandatory.
