About OceanaGold

OceanaGold is an expanding mid-tier producer of gold and copper, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. The company operates four mines across the USA, the Philippines, and New Zealand, and focuses on safe, responsible mining that delivers strong returns while supporting sustainable development.

Its purpose is to mine gold in support of a better future. The gold, copper, and silver produced by the company contribute to renewable energy, medical technology, and the digital systems that connect communities. The business also contributes to local economic development and supports improvements in health and education in the regions where it operates. Globally, the workforce includes around 4,600 employees and contractors.

OceanaGold is guided by the values of Care, Respect, Integrity, Performance, and Teamwork. The company aims to be a trusted employer, partner, and investment choice that creates long-term value for all stakeholders.

About Waihi Operation

The Waihi operation in New Zealand’s North Island is an underground gold mine. A recently approved consent for the Waihi North Project, a new mine planned about 6 km north of the current operation, extends the expected mine life and provides reassurance to the approximately 400 staff and contractors, as well as the Waihi community, that the company intends to remain there for the long term.
