Job Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining a neat, well-organized environment in guest rooms and apartments so that residents and guests experience a high level of comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and inspect the number of rooms assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Review apartment inventories with residents at check-in and check-out.
  • Make sure cleanliness, required amenities, and printed materials are arranged according to established procedures and standards.
  • Flag any missing items, damage to linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment, and any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Engineering team.

  • Support day-to-day housekeeping operations as needed.
  • Replenish guest supplies such as drinking glasses, writing materials, and bathroom essentials.

  • Assist with monthly linen stock counts in the assigned area.
  • Update apartment or hotel room status records.
  • Handle the storage and distribution of linen and uniforms.
