About the Role
Arun Singh & Co, a prominent Fintech company, is seeking an HR Operations Assistant for their Bengaluru office. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in recruitment and payroll, preferably within mid-sized companies (around 300 employees).
Key Responsibilities
The HR Operations Assistant will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, including recruitment processes and payroll administration. This position requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the smooth operation of the HR department.
Requirements
Candidates must possess demonstrable experience in payroll management and recruitment activities. Prior work experience in companies with a headcount of 300 or more employees is essential. Experience within the fintech or technology sectors is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should be available to join immediately or be able to serve their notice period within a few weeks.
