HRIT Engineer (Workday)

We are hiring an HRIT Engineer with Workday expertise to strengthen and improve the Workday landscape. The role centers on system configuration, ongoing support, and platform enhancements, while working closely with HR and business partners on digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Workday functionality across modules such as HCM, Recruitment, Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Handle improvements, integrations, reporting needs, and access/security administration within the system.
• Investigate Workday issues, resolve support cases, and assist users through guidance and training.
• Create HR dashboards and reports that help with workforce planning and business decision-making.
• Maintain data quality, support compliance requirements, and look for opportunities to improve processes.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders on HR technology initiatives and Workday release or upgrade activities.

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or another relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of practical experience handling Workday HCM configuration and support work.
• Solid knowledge of Workday processes, analytics/reporting, and security administration.
• Strong troubleshooting ability, along with clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Exposure to multiple Workday modules would be an added advantage.
