Chick-fil-A Mayfield Heights is seeking a part-time Human Resources Coordinator to support a fast-moving, people-centered team in Mayfield Heights, OH. This role averages about 20 hours per week. What the role involves
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will support hiring, onboarding, team engagement, and employee records. You will help attract strong candidates, coordinate interviews, organize new-hire orientation, and maintain accurate documentation for staff information and compliance.
Recruiting and hiring
This role includes leading store-level recruitment efforts, participating in job fairs and local hiring events, and working with leadership to arrange second-round interviews for management candidates. A key part of the job is identifying applicants who reflect the company’s service standards and core values.
Onboarding and orientation
You will plan and run orientation sessions, manage onboarding steps, confirm that required documents are completed, and keep employee folders organized with personal, legal, and training records.
Employee administration
The coordinator will maintain records related to promotions, pay increases, terminations, exit interviews, headcount, staffing levels, birthdays, and anniversaries. Confidential employee information must be stored carefully and securely.
Culture and retention
