Overview
This role is for an HR Coordinator within a consultancy environment in Central London. The position offers exposure to a wide range of people operations work and includes two days working from home each week. It is a strong fit for someone who already has a solid grounding in HR and wants to broaden their experience in a busy, collaborative team.
The salary for this opportunity is £35,000 to £40,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee right-to-work verification and background screening during the onboarding journey.
- Keep employee information and HR records up to date in Workday.
- Assist with HR programmes and projects, such as performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys.
- Serve as the initial contact for routine HR questions and provide practical support as needed.
- Create HR letters and documents, and ensure records are maintained accurately.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner across a broad range of HR tasks and initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- One to two years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good people skills.
- High level of accuracy and a careful eye for detail.
- Self-driven, well organised, and comfortable working both alone and as part of a team.
- Able to balance multiple priorities while keeping output efficient and high quality.
