About the Role
This internship is for a careful, self-driven HR Admin Intern who will assist the Human Resources team with a broad range of HR activities for Singapore and Malaysia. The placement runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026, and candidates should be able to commit to that full period.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Reach out to candidates and help arrange interview timings with hiring managers.
- Draft employment letters and support the setup of accounts for new joiners.
- Help run employee induction sessions and onboarding activities.
- Assist with hiring-related tasks and coordinate with recruitment agencies when needed.
HR Administration
- Keep employee information, HR systems, and personnel files accurate and up to date.
- Make sure all staff documents are properly organised and securely stored.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc HR reports for management.
- Check and process invoices from HR service providers and recruitment partners.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Support monthly payroll processing, including commission and claim calculations.
- Prepare payroll summaries and assist with payroll reconciliation work.
Employee Engagement and Communications
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal messaging, and company events.
- Help coordinate staff activities and corporate functions.
- Assist with preparing internal newsletters for the region.
HR Projects
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.
Office Administration
- Organise and file management travel claims.
- Work with office maintenance vendors on issue reporting, follow-ups, and facility upkeep.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
- Available to work full-time from 1 July 2026 through 31 December 2026.
- Strong eye for detail and good organisational ability.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, with solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to cope in a busy environment.
- Capable of handling confidential information with care and discretion.
