Internship Trainee
DESCRIPTION:
Role Overview The Muthoot Group is hiring an Internship Trainee to support branch-level customer handling and related operational work in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The role is centered on assisting walk-in customers, maintaining KYC and documentation records, and helping with customer communication and backend branch tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist customers who visit the branch, including helping with enquiries, KYC checks, and document management.
- Provide customer service support and basic orientation to visitors and existing clients.
- Make calls to existing customers regarding interest collection and share updates as needed.
- Handle selected backend activities at the branch to support day-to-day operations.
- Identify potential leads, approach prospects, and present products or services to clients.
- Maintain and manage customer relationships by supporting service needs for existing customers.
