- Run RFI, RFQ, and RFP activities, including vendor assessments, due diligence, and selection for software, infrastructure, and IT services.
- Lead commercial discussions covering pricing, licensing, service levels, renewals, and other contract terms, while coordinating reviews with Legal and Risk teams.
- Set up procurement governance routines, approval checkpoints, and documentation practices that meet audit, risk, and regulatory expectations.
- Track supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, conduct regular reviews, and help resolve performance issues with delivery teams.

- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance expectations across the Asia-Pacific region is required.
- You should have a proven record of creating procurement strategies, operating models, processes, and governance structures from scratch.
- Experience managing large-scale sourcing programmes across both CAPEX and OPEX is necessary.
- Prior work negotiating with major vendors such as Microsoft and Amazon for transformation, standardisation, and savings initiatives is highly valuable.
- Strong capability in spend analysis, supplier negotiations, and building supplier performance and risk management frameworks is expected.
