Role Overview
Epiroc is hiring a Junior Full Stack Developer in Bengaluru to help build and support enterprise software used in critical business and operational workflows. This position is a strong fit for someone early in their career who wants practical exposure to development, integrations, support, and application modernization in a collaborative international setting.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in creating, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications that support core business operations.
- Build and support backend services, APIs, and system integrations across web, mobile, and enterprise environments.
- Work on business rules, data structures, and data exchange across systems with direction from senior developers.
- Investigate application issues, help resolve incidents, and participate in problem analysis.
- Take part in releases, deployments, monitoring, and routine application support.
- Draft technical documentation and share knowledge with teammates.
- Contribute to improving and modernizing existing solutions while keeping operations stable.
- Support the development and maintenance of mobile applications that connect to enterprise backends.
- Help ensure secure and dependable communication between mobile clients and APIs.
- Assist with mobile testing, release coordination, and operational continuity.
What We’re Looking For
- A solid base in C#, .NET, .NET Core, or another modern object-oriented language.
- Basic knowledge of web development, REST APIs, and integration concepts.
- Fundamental understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Comfort with core development practices such as debugging, testing, and version control.
- Exposure to Angular or React will be considered an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or Azure is beneficial.
- Relevant internship, academic project, or early work experience in software development is valued.
- Exposure to enterprise systems, integrations, or mobile-related projects is useful.
- Basic awareness of authentication, secure coding, or cloud platforms.
- Interest in areas such as equipment connectivity, fleet management, service operations, warranty, or aftermarket processes.
- Experience working on team-based software projects in academic or professional settings.
- A learning mindset, curiosity, and motivation to grow in software development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Careful, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
- Clear communication with teammates and stakeholders.
- Interest in Agile delivery environments.
