About the Role

Nextenti Tech is hiring a Laboratory Technician in Hyderabad for a healthcare setting. The role calls for someone with a strong eye for detail, solid lab knowledge, and the ability to deliver accurate test results on time while following strict safety and infection-control practices.

Key Responsibilities

Receive patient specimens, verify them, label them correctly, and prepare them for testing.
Carry out standard laboratory work across hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, microbiology, and serology.
Run, check, calibrate, and look after laboratory analyzers and other equipment.
Mix reagents, store them appropriately, and manage specimens carefully.
Complete quality checks and keep laboratory documentation precise and up to date.
Enter and communicate test findings correctly and within required turnaround times.
Work in line with NABL/NABH expectations, lab procedures, and hospital rules.
Follow infection prevention measures and biomedical waste handling standards.
Monitor lab stock such as reagents and consumables, and support inventory upkeep.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure samples are processed and reported promptly.
Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
