Role Summary

This position is responsible for keeping the assigned branch or region’s store facilities operating properly, including equipment such as air conditioners, electrical systems, shutting doors, and glass fixtures.

Maintenance Planning

You will prepare and issue the preventive maintenance matrix for all stores within the assigned area. This involves assigning maintenance activities and creating a clear timeline so that equipment and store systems are serviced on schedule.

Corrective Maintenance

Daily repair requests from stores in the assigned region or branch will need to be assigned to foremen. The goal is to make sure resources are allocated correctly and store devices remain in good working condition.

You will also track corrective work by reviewing system requests and approved job orders to confirm that maintenance is completed in line with agreed service level agreements.

Weekly meetings with foremen are required to review progress and ensure the preventive maintenance plan is being followed.

Budget and Resource Support

The role contributes to maintenance budgeting by sharing branch needs such as labor, vehicles, spare parts, and related requirements with the Store Maintenance Senior Manager to help secure the needed resources.

Operations and Vendor Coordination

You will oversee maintenance spare parts petty cash and reconcile amounts with the Finance Division to keep essential parts available when needed.

Another part of the job is managing relationships with maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure work is carried out according to contract terms and agreements.

Regular reports must be prepared to share objectives, achievements, scorecard results, petty cash position, and actual spending versus budget.

Work Environment

The role is primarily outdoors, with 80% outdoor work and 20% indoor work.

Working schedule: 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.

Requirements
